本工作基于电磁驱动方式,研制出载荷量程为10N的μm压入仪,旨在发展压入仪的便携性和经济性,以满足工程现场或野外服役的工程材料和结构测试需求。首先,介绍了基于深度测量的仪器化压入原理和确定压入硬度、模量的方法。其次,分析了仪器的原理和结构,检验了仪器的性能参数。仪器采用电磁驱动和载荷计
