Abstract
从细观力学角度研究刚性粒子高度填充聚合物的内应力形成机理,用扫描电镜对这类材料的损伤作细观观察。由电镜看到,材料的初始损伤对拉伸破坏影响很大,在拉伸断口处,沿晶断裂与穿晶断裂同时发生,粘结剂发生大拉伸变形。结果表明,所试材料的粘结相和颗粒相匹配较好,具有一定的韧性断裂特性;刚性粒子高度填充聚合物是与初始损伤相关的粘弹性体
