Abstract
抗冲击性是加速度计的一个主要性能指标,跌落实验则是一种测试结构冲击作用的有效方式,利用跌落实验对一种折叠梁式微加速度计在冲击载荷作用下的失效模式进行了研究。实验发现在微加速度计中主要存在两种主要的失效模式,即微梁结构的整体破坏和微结构在横向之间的粘附。应用拟静态和能量方法给出微结构在冲击载荷下的响应
