海上油气长线混输方法评述

Abstract
随着国民经济发展和陆上油田的急需补充,海上油气开发日益受到关注,发展趋势从近海大陆架走向深海开发,因此海上油气产出后的输送方法成为重要的关键技术。陆上油田的分相输送安全可靠,增压和计量技术简单、精确,然而由于海底管线建造费用昂贵和高效分离器的限制,分相输送的方法不十分理想。混相输送是国内外工程技术界盼望实施的技术途径之一,但油田中混相增压泵的效率受流态影响极大,混相计量技术精度和合适的仪器型式,这些都是必须解决的问题,然后才能实施油气混输。加上我国沿海地质和海洋环境的差异对不同油品的产出油,如:稠油、凝析油、含蜡、水化物生成等复杂情况,更使油气混输方法异彩纷呈,如添加剂、水环、加热保温等等。本文在对各种输送方法评论的基础上,提出一种蒸汽直接射入油气中井温降粘的输送方法,此法在陆上油田短距离输送中获得
