Abstract

Open&nbsp;System&nbsp;Architecture&nbsp;(OSA)&nbsp;supports&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;platform&nbsp;and&nbsp;open&nbsp;APIs&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;linked&nbsp;open&nbsp;data&nbsp;to&nbsp;integrated&nbsp;open&nbsp;data&nbsp;applications&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;science.&nbsp;This&nbsp;article&nbsp;briefly&nbsp;introduces&nbsp;the&nbsp;need&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;benefit&nbsp;of&nbsp;OSA&nbsp;and&nbsp;analysis&nbsp;its&nbsp;basic&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;hardware,&nbsp;the&nbsp;software&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;network,&nbsp;and&nbsp;lists&nbsp;its&nbsp;cases&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;military,&nbsp;aerospace,&nbsp;automotive,&nbsp;medical&nbsp;fields,&nbsp;then&nbsp;describes&nbsp;its&nbsp;functions&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;libraries&nbsp;and&nbsp;information&nbsp;institutions,&nbsp;and&nbsp;our&nbsp;summary&nbsp;is&nbsp;the&nbsp;design&nbsp;principle&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;OSA.<!--EndFragment--
