Analysis for Logic of the Linked Open Data in the Library and Information Services

Abstract

The&nbsp;open&nbsp;data&nbsp;is&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;important&nbsp;composed&nbsp;parts&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;science.&nbsp;Because&nbsp;the&nbsp;current&nbsp;science&nbsp;and&nbsp;technology&nbsp;innovation&nbsp;urgent&nbsp;needs&nbsp;open&nbsp;data,&nbsp;the&nbsp;applications&nbsp;and&nbsp;integration&nbsp;are&nbsp;therefore&nbsp;developing&nbsp;rapidly.&nbsp;Based&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;systematically&nbsp;reviewed&nbsp;cases&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;data,&nbsp;we&nbsp;describe&nbsp;the&nbsp;science&nbsp;and&nbsp;technology&nbsp;policy&nbsp;issues&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;Bottlenecks&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;data&nbsp;development,&nbsp;and&nbsp;indicate&nbsp;that&nbsp;the&nbsp;principle&nbsp;and&nbsp;method&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;information&nbsp;organization&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;library&nbsp;science&nbsp;as&nbsp;an&nbsp;important&nbsp;basic&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;pre-science&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;open&nbsp;data&nbsp;management&nbsp;in&nbsp;future.<!--EndFragment--
