Abstract
The open data is one of the important composed parts of the open science. Because the current science and technology innovation urgent needs open data, the applications and integration are therefore developing rapidly. Based on the systematically reviewed cases of the open data, we describe the science and technology policy issues as the Bottlenecks of the open data development, and indicate that the principle and method of the information organization of the library science as an important basic of the pre-science for the open data management in future.<!--EndFragment--
