Hubungan Usia Ibu, Paritas, dan Kadar Hemoglobin terhadap Kejadian Ketuban Pecah Dini Pada Kehamilan Aterm di RSU Aghisna Medika Cilacap

Abstract

In Indonesia, Maternal Mortality is still quite high, according to SKDI in 2012 of 359 per 100,000 live births and has not reached the target of MGD's by 2015 of 102 per 100,000 live births. Premature rupture of membranes is one of the causes of maternal and perinatal mortality and worldwide morbidity. Predisposing factors of premature rupture of membranes are parity, amniotic membrane disorders, maternal age, short cervix, incompetent cervix, gemelli, hydramnios, and site abnormalities. This study aims to know the relations of mother's age, parity, and hemoglobin level to the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in pregnancy aterm at Aghisna Medika Hospital Cilacap. This research use analytic observational method with case control approach. The population were all mothers who gave birth at Aghisna Medika Hospital Cilacap in 2016 as many as 638 with a sample of 60 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using chi square and multivariate test using logistic regression. And the result was a significant association between hemoglobin levels with premature rupture of membranes in the aterm pregnancy with p=0,032. Not significant association between mother’s age with premature rupture of membranes in the aterm pregnancy with p=0,165. Not significant association between parity with premature rupture of membranes in the aterm pregnancy with p=0,629
