Triage is a process to determine which patients should get treatment firstly based on the severity of the injury or illness. Green label is one of the indicators used to determine the priority of patient handling that can be delayed up to 60 minutes. Factors of patient knowledge about management procedures in ER resulted in anxiety in patients. One commonly used effort to help lower anxiety levels of patients is by providing education or health education. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of giving health education about triage to anxiety level of green label patient at ER of Regional General Hospital of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This research is a pre experiment research with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used are 30 respondents. Data analysis technique is done by Wilcoxon test. The result of the research shows that There is an effect of health education on triage to anxiety level on green label patients at ER of Regional General Hospital of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta (p-value 0,000)
