Currently a Flash Mob is a sudden gathering of people in a public space in order to Perform. Given the growing interest in these actions, we want to understand how they serve the public and urban spaces to build an artistic object while enhancing a specific social intervention. We also want to characterize their
constituents, particularly its musical component. At the same time we want to understand the development and the importance of this artistic and social movement in Portugal in order to determine which way it is contextualized in the urban spaces, thus determining new art spaces and objects
