Mjerenje momentne karakteristike malih motora

Abstract

Momentna karakteristika u ovisnosti o struji te brzini vrtnje jedna je od najbitnijih karakteristika motora. Ovim radom opisane su momentne karakteristike različitih motora koje su popraćene odgovarajućim formulama te načini mjerenja momenta kao i specifikacije malih motora na kojima su se i vršila mjerenja. Napravljen je uređaj koji mjeri momente i brzine vrtnje pomoću senzora isprogramiranih arduinom. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata mjerenja momenta, brzine vrtnje i struje nacrtane su karakteristike momenta u ovisnosti o brzini vrtnje i struji. Analizirani su podaci dobiveni mjerenjem, uspoređeni sa teoretskim, te time dobiveni konačni zaključci.One of the most important cahracteristics of an electric motor is a torque characteristic in dependence of an electric current and rotational speed. In this paper, torque characteristics for different kind of motors are shown, which are followed by appropriate formulae and methods for measuring torque as well as the specifications of small motors in which have been conducted measurements. It was made a device that measure the torque and speed sensors programmed using the Arduino. On the basis of measuring results of torque, rotational speed and current it is made an torque characteristic in dependence of an electric current and rotational speed. Data have been analyzed obtained by measuring, compared with a theoretical, and then thus obtained final conclusions
