Trata da passagem do aspecto psicológico do Tempo para a sua natureza ontológica. Inicia-se pela compreensão da Duração Psicológica, uma vez que Bergson considera o Eu como o primeiro acesso da consciência à noção de tempo. A seguir, passa-se à noção de Duração coextensiva à vida, através da idéia de uma Consciência em geral; e por fim à análise do movimento da inteligência e da matéria, esta última entendida como o grau mais distendido da Duração. Por meio deste itinerário, chega-se à noção de Duração em geral, extensiva a todo ser, e que podemos chamar de Tempo Ontológico. A conclusão caminha no sentido de mostrar que o Tempo é uno e fundamento de todo ser, e que, portanto, a Duração Psicológica é apenas um caso particular da duração em geral.Abstract: This thesis studies the concept of Time in the philosophical work of Henri Bergson. It approaches the transition of the psychological feature of time to its ontological nature. It starts by the understanding of Psychological Duration, since Bergson considers the Self as the first access that consciousness has to the notion of time. Former, it aims the notion of Duration coextensive to life, through the idea of Consciousness in general; and finally, the analysis of the movement of mind and matter, the latter interpreted as the most extensive degree of Duration. Through this route, one reaches the concept of Duration in general, extensive to every being, and which can be called Ontological Time. The conclusion intends to demonstrate that Time is unique, and also the fundament of every being, and therefore, Psychological Duration is just a particular case of Duration in general
