The purpose of this paper is to clarify discourse of teacher’s responsibility in accidents during club activities. For this purpose, we analyzed 10 precedents. As a result, we made the following point clear. (1)Precedents request teachers to watch students widely. (2)It is ambiguous that allotment of roles of teachers who concern club activities. (3)It is indefinite that the degree of the recognition that teachers can purchase
