Driving styles and the effect on passengers : - Developing ride comfort indicators

Abstract

Poor ride experience in principle leads to lower attractiveness of the public transportation system. How big is the divers’ role for bus and rail passengers’ perceived comfort and how much are they affected by various misbehaviors?
