Abstract

Zdravlje je najveće čovjekovo bogatstvo. Njegovo očuvanje moguće je jedino neprestanom i cjelovitom brigom, a odnosi se brigu o osobnoj higijeni, tjelesnoj aktivnosti, zdravoj prehrani te psihičkom i duhovnom zdravlju. Brigu o vlastitome zdravlju potrebno je učiti od najranije dobi. Zdrave navike koje se tada steknu primjenjuju se tijekom cijeloga života. Svrha je ovoga rada proučiti literaturu te uvidjeti kako valjane zdravstveno-higijenske navike utječu na čovjekovo zdravlje te kako se zdravstveni odgoj i obrazovanje provodi u nižim razredima osnovne škole i koji su sadržaji vezani uz zdravstveni odgoj koje obuhvaćaju Nastavni plan i program za osnovnu školu te Kurikulum zdravstvenog odgoja.Health is wealth.
