Islamic religion has been in existence in Andalus for about 8 (eight) centuries, during this
period various Islamic kingdoms emerged and contributed greatly to Arabic literature. The
importance of the beauty of language is very important because in everyday life, whether in
religion or in worldly affairs it is imperative to maintain manners, manners in our language
and behavior. Allah swt has the Qalam that can be interpreted in conversation or dialectics,
with the beauty of language and we can see in his words in the book of the Qur'an.
Sya'ir is a piece of manners (literary) that are pieces of several verses, or known as poetry.
Poetry was a feature of the Arabs in pre-Islamic times. The Greeks gained pride in their skill
in sculpture and building art so the Arabs revealed their literary arts to the Muslims. Speech
proficiency (i.e., the ability to express something easily and beautifully, be it prose, or poetry),
knowledge of weapons and horseback riding skills are what in ancient times were considered
the three basic "perfect human"
