Esta rese\uf1a presenta los logros alcanzados en el programa Ingenier\ueda de Producci\uf3n de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), luego de diez a\uf1os de haber dado inicio a \ue9ste, en el cual han egresado hasta \ue9ste momento un total de 205 profesionales, quienes se han formado en diferentes \ue1reas de aplicaci\uf3n para el sector productivo. La misma parte de la rese\uf1a hist\uf3rica del programa, abarcando el perfil y competencias que se alcanzan en el desarrollo del mismo, adem\ue1s de su relaci\uf3n con el sector productivo y los retos futuros que se presentan.

ABSTRACT
This review presents the achievements of UCLA's Production Engineering Program after ten years of having started it, in which a total of 205 professionals have graduated, who have trained in different areas of application for the productive sector. The same part of the historical overview of the program, covering the profile and competencies that are achieved in the development of the program, as well as its relationship with the productive sector and the future challenges that are presented.
