本发明公开一种低体积收缩、抗菌牙科树脂复合材料的制备方法。该方法是将双官能团丙烯酸酯树脂与含有磷酰基的丙烯酸酯树脂混合搅拌,得到牙科树脂溶液,加入银源化合物溶解后再和光引发剂混合均匀,然后加入无机填料,最后注入模具,采用蓝光或者紫外光照射即得。本发明采用具有刚性基团的双酚单体制取牙科树脂单体而达到降低材料固化过程中的体积收缩,通过含有膦酰基以及不饱和双键官能团的双官能团两亲性分子作为表面修饰剂一方面改善树脂与无机填料间的界面作用,另一面通过磷酰基官能团与银离子络合作用,溶解银源化合物,控制纳米银释放过程,起到长效抗菌作用,从而制备具有低体积收缩、优秀力学性能、以及抗菌作用的牙科填充材料
