本发明公开了一种制备纳米晶合金的热处理方法。该方法在非晶晶化法制备纳米晶合金材料时,将热处理过程分为两步,第一步利用非晶合金带材高导热率和低热容的特点,进行快速升温和短时间保温的预热处理,激发带材中形成高密度和均匀分布的晶核,然后在第二步的常规纳米晶化热处理中,使高密度晶粒同步生长,利用晶粒间的竞争作用促进晶粒细化。与现有的热处理方法相比,该方法分开控制非晶晶化的形核和晶粒长大过程,提高了晶粒密度与结晶度、提高了晶粒尺寸与分布的均匀性,并且细化了晶粒,从而提高了合金的性能
