Abstract
本发明公开了一种可自支撑超薄透明导电碳纳米管薄膜及其制备方法与应用。本发明通过将碳纳米管分散液转移至选定溶液表面,再移除该选定溶液,获得碳纳米管薄膜;以及,将所述碳纳米管薄膜转移至油墨界面上进行自组装而形成碳纳米管杂化薄膜。本发明的可自支撑超薄透明导电碳纳米管薄膜综合性能良好,例如其厚度约20nm~100nm,表面粗糙度小于1.5nm,透光度大于86%,表面电阻小于1500Ω-m2,同时其制备工艺流程简单、操作方便、对环境因素要求低,且不会对周围环境不造成不利影响,能够满足工业化大面积、大批量生产的需求
