一种电芯密封方法及用于电芯密封的工装装置

本发明公开了一种电芯密封方法,包括:将电芯夹持在夹具中,保持电芯表面与夹具贴合;在常压下向设于夹具中的电芯的注液口上压入临时封堵钉;在注液口内、临时封堵钉的上部设置封口钉,并将封口钉与注液口密封。本发明所提供的电芯密封方法中,当向电芯压入临时封堵钉时,电芯设置在夹具中,且保证了电芯的表面与夹具的贴合,形成夹持状态。电芯的外形受到夹具的限制,使得在压入封堵钉时,电芯不会因压力原因形成空气的倒吸,也就避免了倒吸产生的电芯厚度的增加,因此,电芯在压入临时封堵钉时不会产生膨胀变形,也避免了在负压状态下压入密封钉导致电芯表面的内凹。本发明还公开了一种用于实现上述电芯密封方法的用于电芯密封的工装装置
