Abstract
本发明公开一种硅-碳纳微米球粉体的制备方法及其应用。通过将热塑性树脂溶解于有机溶剂中,加入劣溶剂,使得高分子树脂在溶液中原位形成高分子胶体粒子;在溶剂热过程中,高分子胶体粒子结合硅氧化物前驱体,形成硅氧化物-树脂微纳米球,反应结束后离心、洗涤、干燥、煅烧、高分子树脂原位生成碳,得到二氧化硅-碳纳微米球粉体;将得到的二氧化硅-碳纳微米球粉体通过镁热还原法最终得到硅-碳纳微米球粉体。本发明方法采用原位形成的热塑性树脂胶体粒子作为模板制备的微纳米球尺寸分布均匀,颗粒之间空隙尺寸均匀。该发明方法不使用传统模板,原位生成碳,与硅单质复合,制备工艺简单,条件易控,在锂离子电池方面性能显著
