本发明提供了一种光电信息转换元件,包括顶电极、介质层与底电极,其中介质层与底电极、顶电极中的至少一个电极构成肖特基结。该元件对光具有宽谱效应,当光照射时,结区光生空穴对肖特基结特性进行调控,从而持续改变元件电阻,并且通过控制照射光的强度和-或波长,能够对元件电阻进行多态调控;另外,通过施加一定的电压又能够将电子注入肖特基结界面处,从而使元件电阻恢复到初始状态。因此,该元件具有宽谱响应、可持续性的光电导,可应用于多功能光探测器、智能感光器、光信号运算器、光信息解码(或编码)器以及非易失性存储器等诸多领域
