本发明公开了一种用于白光LED器件的条形码结构透明荧光陶瓷,是由两种以上的陶瓷单元构成,每种陶瓷单元经同一种LED芯片激发后发出不同颜色的光,并合成全光谱的白光发射;各种陶瓷单元在水平面交替紧密排列,形成类似条形码的一体结构;经设置在其上方或下方的LED芯片激发后,该具有条形码结构的荧光陶瓷发出白光。该荧光陶瓷具有光谱灵活调节、光转换效率和显色指数高、使用寿命长、热稳定性好的特点,使用该荧光陶瓷的白光LED器件既能实现光能的高效利用,又可保证照明系统的小型紧凑化,因而可有效的弥补现有技术的不足和满足市场商业化要求
