Abstract
本发明公开了一种超疏水‑超亲油多孔材料、其制备方法及应用。该多孔材料包括:金属网格结构,生长于该金属网格结构上的微纳米级氧化锌颗粒层,以及覆盖于该多孔材料表面的低表面能物质;并且该多孔材料对水的接触角>150°,对油的接触角为0°,滚动角<10°。本发明通过模仿水黾腿部超疏水的特性,制备的多孔材料具有超亲油、超疏水特性,能在水面漂浮,并具有减阻特点,同时在接触水面溢油时能自动将溢油通过自身所含孔洞汇集到该多孔材料内,从而高效稳定回收不同种类的水上溢油,而且其在盐雾环境下具有稳定超疏水性及可重复使用等特性,此外本发明的制备工艺简单,原料来源丰富,成本低,可批量化生产用于大规模溢油的收集分离等诸多领域
