本发明属于碳材料领域,尤其涉及一种石墨化碳材料及其制备方法和超级电容。本发明提供的石墨化碳材料可以实现体相石墨化,石墨化程度为20~90%,平均孔径为2~5nm,孔隙率为1.0~1.6cm3-g,振实密度为0.2~0.5g-mL。由该石墨化碳材料制备的超级电容器表现出较高的能量密度,具有很强的实际应用价值。实验结果表明,采用本发明提供的石墨化碳材料制得的超级电容器的能量密度大于10Wh-kg,功率密度大于20kW-kg,10C倍率下10000次循环后容量衰减小于5%
