本发明公开了一种热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯发泡材料及其制备方法和应用,该热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯发泡材料具有强电磁屏蔽效能和高吸波性能;该方法首先利用相分离法制备出单层的热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯微发泡薄膜,而后用胶水将石墨烯含量不同的单层热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯微发泡薄膜粘结成一体化材料,从而实现石墨烯在热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯发泡材料内的梯度分散。梯度结构既能赋予热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯发泡材料良好的屏蔽效能,同时还可以大幅提高其吸波性能,所制备的轻质的热塑性聚氨酯-石墨烯发泡材料在电磁屏蔽及吸波材料领域具有良好的应用前景
