本发明涉及一种位于基体表面的二硫化钼-铅钛合金纳米多层薄膜,自基体表面起,依次包括Ti过渡层、Ti与二硫化钼的梯度过渡层、二硫化钼和铅钛合金交替叠加形成的交替多层,以及二硫化钼表层。该薄膜具有良好的膜基结合强度与硬度,在空间真空环境下具有长寿命、良好的耐湿热氧化和抗原子氧性能,能够满足空间真空特殊环境下服役的装备(例如空间站太阳翼伸展机构等)的高可靠和长寿命服役需求,具有很好的应用价值
