本发明提供了一种导电材料的超双疏表面,以导电材料为基体,基体表面具有多级线状结构的微纳米氧化锌,且该线状微纳米氧化锌堆积构成凹角结构,具有低表面能的含氟化合物或聚合物接枝在氧化锌上。该超双疏表面对水、油及有机溶剂的接触角均大于150°,滚动角均小于15°。本发明还提供了导电材料的超双疏表面的制备方法,采用电化学反应与表面修饰技术,简单易行,并且耗时短
