Abstract
本发明公开了一种水溶性聚氨酯缓蚀剂及其制备方法与应用。所述制备方法包括:以重量份数计,将10~30份聚乙二醇类化合物溶于有机溶剂中,并加入20~60份氰酸酯类化合物和1~3份催化剂于15~80℃混合反应,获得第一反应混合物;向所述第一反应混合物中加入10~30份苯胺低聚物,并于20~100℃反应,再经后处理获得所述水溶性聚氨酯缓蚀剂。本发明提供的新型水溶性聚氨酯缓蚀剂的制备工艺简单,原料廉价易得,同时所获的水溶性聚氨酯缓蚀剂使用方法简单,加水稀释即用,缓释时间长且稳定,安全环保,而且用量少,使用效果好,例如当该水溶性聚氨酯缓蚀剂的浓度为200mg-L时,对碳钢缓蚀率高达97.28%,适用于大规模应用
