Abstract
本发明提供了一种制备稀土-过渡族永磁合金微-纳米颗粒的方法。该方法改进了传统球磨法,将原材料在常温下的球磨过程改进为在低温下的干法球磨。首先,低温环境增加了材料的脆性,使材料颗粒尺寸更加细化和均匀;其次,低温下球磨还可有效抑制稀土-过渡族合金氧化;另外,颗粒内部存在更多缺陷与更大应力,从而提高颗粒的磁性能。实验证实,该方法成本低、简单易行,首次发现了该方法能有效降低了稀土-过渡族永磁合金微-纳米级颗粒尺寸,提高其均匀性,抑制合金氧化,提高磁性能,具有很好的应用价值
