本发明提供了一种由纳米钛层、纳米碳层以及钛硅碳层组成的多层复合膜。该多层复合模可作为碳化硅及其复合材料的连接层而应用。其优点是:利用高活性金属钛层与基体碳化硅之间的反应,打破基体碳化硅中的硅碳共价键,可形成较强的界面过渡层碳化钛;钛与碳反应放热有利于连接致密化,降低成本;耐高温耐腐蚀性能优良、且在高温下具有准塑性的三元层状陶瓷钛硅碳层可在高温缓解连接界面的崩塌式失效,并且可弥补碳化硅及其复合材料的表面缺陷,降低对碳化硅及其复合材料的表面加工精度要求,提高生产效率,降低生产成本
