本发明提供了一种由纳米钛层与钛硅碳层组成的多层复合膜。该多层复合膜作为碳纤维增强碳复合材料的连接材料而应用。其优点是:利用高活性金属钛层与碳纤维增强碳复合材料中的碳反应形成较强的界面过渡层碳化钛,可有效缓解碳纤维增强碳复合材料与钛硅碳层之间的热失配;并且反应为放热反应,能够实现瞬态高温,有利于连接层的致密化;钛硅碳层可在高温缓解连接界面的崩塌式失效,并且钛硅碳层可弥补碳纤维增强碳复合材料的表面缺陷,降低对碳纤维增强碳复合材料的表面加工精度,提高生产效率,降低生产成本
