Abstract
本发明涉及一种稀土永磁材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:⑴分别提供Re-Fe-B快淬粉以及Ce基快淬粉,其中所述Re-Fe-B快淬粉中稀土Re为Nd、Pr、Dy、Tb中的一种或几种,所述Ce基快淬粉的化学式为CexFe(100-x-y-z)ByMz,M选自Ga、Co、Al、Zn、Cu、Nb以及Zr中的一种或多种,x、y以及z为对应元素的质量百分含量,且28%≤x≤35%,0.8%≤y≤1.5%,0%≤z≤2%;⑵将所述Ce基快淬粉与所述Re-Fe-B快淬粉混合均匀得到混合磁粉,其中,在所述混合磁粉中所述Ce基快淬粉所占的质量百分比为10%~50%;⑶将所述混合磁粉依次进行热压成型、热变形成型及回火处理,得到稀土永磁材料,稀土永磁材料为多主相结构,其主要由纳米级片状晶组成。本发明还提供一种采用上述制备方法得到的稀土永磁材料
