Abstract
本发明公开了一种氧化铟纳米粉体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将金属铟与有机酸混合,在保护性气体中加热溶解,得有机铟化合物;(2)在有机铟化合物中加入过氧化氢和水,混合后置于超临界水热反应器中进行反应,反应结束后过滤得反应产物;(3)将步骤(2)中得到的反应产物置于空气中煅烧,即得氧化铟纳米粉体。该方法采用超临界的方式,使有机铟化合物最终转变为In2O3沉淀物以及CO2和H2O,无需额外加入沉淀剂,避免了污染物的排放,是一种环境友好的制备方法,且工艺简单,无需复杂的制备流程,可实现规模化可控生产
