本发明涉及一种铁基非晶合金,所述铁基非晶合金中Fe的原子百分含量在81.8~84.3之间,且所述铁基非晶合金的饱和磁感应强度≥1.61T,和-或矫顽力≤5A-m,所述合金的表达式为:FeaSibBcPdCeMf,表达式中M为原材料中不可避免的一种或多种杂质元素,a、b、c、d、e、f分别表示各对应组元的原子百分含量,a+b+c+d+e+f=100。本发明的合金在满足平面流铸快淬制备宽幅带材所需强非晶形成能力的前提下,还具有高饱和磁感应强度等磁性能优点,所述合金宽幅带材样品的最大厚度达81μm。另外,合金不含有非磁性金属元素,适合用工业纯度原材料生产,制备方法简单,具有生产成本低的优势,合金带材样品热处理前后均具有很好的韧性,达到最佳磁性能时仍能保持180°对折而不断裂
