本实用新型提供了一种基于非晶合金或纳米晶合金的电磁阀。该电磁阀包括阀座、设有凹槽的中空导管、回复弹簧、励磁线圈、由非晶合金带材或纳米晶合金带材卷绕后经退火处理而形成的动铁芯与静铁芯,动铁芯通过回复弹簧与静铁芯相连接,并且动铁芯外围设置使其与外界环境隔离的封装装置。这种结构不仅避免了非晶合金体或纳米晶合金体直接裸露在表面,经摩擦、碰撞而掉渣、开裂、断裂等问题,而且也避免了其在应用过程中与外界环境、周围结构单元直接接触,导致该动铁芯的应力敏感性大、抗腐蚀性能差、抗耐磨性能的问题,从而提高了动铁芯的使用寿命,保证了电磁阀的性能稳定
