Abstract
本发明公开了一种超亲水‑超疏油纤维素海绵及其制备方法,所述纤维素海绵的表面分布有多个纳米级孔洞,所述纳米级孔洞的下方连通有微米级孔洞,且微米级孔洞之间也相互连通。其制备方法包括:在一定的温度范围内,用非衍生化溶剂将纤维素溶解,两层复合,无需进一步的化学改性,仅通过相转变,将其固化,水洗,冷冻干燥即可得到。本发明的纤维素海绵对不同油和有机溶剂,表现出独特的水下超疏油特性以及高效的油水分离率,其在高酸碱盐环境下具有稳定的超疏油以及防污、自清洁特性,而且其制备工艺简单,易实现,原料绿色来源丰富,成本低。本发明可用于工业油水(油水乳液)的大规模分离和纯化、有机液体-水的大规模过滤与分离等诸多领域
