Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用溶剂处理钙钛矿晶体薄膜的方法,将CH3NH3I、PbCl2和溶剂A混合得到前驱体溶液,涂布后再去除溶剂A形成钙钛矿晶体薄膜,再与溶剂B接触,得到处理后的钙钛矿晶体薄膜;所述的溶剂B为正丁醇或异丙醇。本发明还公开了将上述经溶剂处理后的钙钛矿晶体薄膜作为钙钛矿晶体薄膜层的钙钛矿太阳能电池。将该方法处理后的钙钛矿晶体薄膜应用于钙钛矿太阳能电池时,可以显著提高其电池效率,实现低成本的高效钙钛矿太阳能电池的制备
