石墨烯环氧富锌70%涂层的电化学研究

Abstract
通过自腐蚀电位监测和电化学阻抗谱方法研究了石墨烯对70%Zn环氧富锌涂层的影响。石墨烯的存在使富锌涂层在阴极保护产生之前出现了一段时间的屏蔽保护,推迟了锌电化学腐蚀的时间,有利于涂层整体使用寿命的延长。石墨烯的存在有利于涂层中锌与锌以及锌与铁之间的导电接触,促进了锌对铁的阴极保护作用。对于70%Zn涂层,石墨烯最佳质量分数为0.3%左右。文章也提出了石墨烯富锌涂层的自腐蚀电位Y-D模型
