Abstract
导静电防腐涂料兼具导静电性和防腐性,将其涂覆至材料表面,可以起到消除静电、削弱电磁干扰和防腐蚀等作用。近些年来,随着石油化工产业、电子工业和航空航天等领域的快速发展,静电和腐蚀带来的危害越来越显著,使得导静电防腐涂料受到了广泛的关注。我国在涂料领域的起步较晚,市售导静电涂料的防腐性一般,而防腐涂料的导静电性又不理想。因此,平衡导静电性和防腐性是研发导静电防腐涂料的关键所在。阐述了不同种类导静电防腐涂料的导静电机制和防腐蚀机理;分析了导静电防腐涂料在油罐防腐等领域的应用现状;最后探讨了导静电防腐涂料未来的发展方向,指出研发高性能、低成本、环保型、多功能化的涂料是未来导静电防腐涂料的发展趋势,同时指出对导静电防腐涂料导静电机制和防腐机理的深入研究以及腐蚀寿命预测模型的建立也有利于涂料的研发和工程化应用
