Abstract
文中建立了一种对儿童服装中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的唾液模拟迁移量检测方法。确定了模拟迁移条件,并采用液液萃取方式进行富集,气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测。结果表明,模拟迁移条件为37℃水浴摇床振荡迁移,频率80 r/min,迁移时间90 min;该方法迁移量检出限为2 mg/kg,线性稳定,重复样的相对标准偏差均在9%以下,操作简便,完全适用于儿童服装中常见的几种邻苯二甲酸酯的迁移量检测;对产品风险评估、毒理分析等具有较大的参考意义
