本发明公开了一种电池堆,包括双面流道板、电池基片、空气分散腔和尾气混合燃烧腔,双面流道板的上表面和下表面分别设置有空气流道和燃料气流道,电池基片与双面流道板交替层叠,且相邻两个双面流道板之间具有一个电池基片,双面流道板与电池基片上具有贯穿两者的燃料气进口,空气分散腔和尾气混合燃烧腔分别形成于双面流道板的两侧,燃料气流道自燃料气进口延伸至尾气混合燃烧腔,空气流道自空气分散腔延伸至尾气混合燃烧腔。该电池堆简化了自身结构,降低了天然气进气阻力,减少了管路散热损耗。本发明还公开了一种具有上述电池堆的固体氧化物燃料电池发电系统
