Abstract
本发明提供了一种氧化石墨烯纤维、制备方法和基于该石墨烯纤维骨架复合材料的制备方法。在制备氧化石墨烯纤维的过程中,本发明首先将氧化石墨烯水溶液在液氮中急冷固化,氧化石墨烯被挤压在纳米冰晶之间形成三维网状结构的纤维骨架,然后进行冷冻干燥,氧化石墨烯之间的冰晶升华,使得三维网状结构的氧化石墨烯纤维骨架原位保存下来。本发明制备的氧化石墨烯纤维骨架的纤维直径为100~500nm,其与环氧树脂复合后可以使其拉伸强度提高85%,与同基体、同质量分数的碳纤维无屈曲织物增强环氧树脂相比拉伸强度提高38%
