Abstract
主要研究了柠檬酸环氧增容改性聚乳酸/淀粉复合材料,此复合材料完全来源于生物质资源并完全可生物降解。对索氏提取法得到的淀粉进行静态接触角测试表征,表明在熔融挤出过程中柠檬酸环氧与淀粉表面发生化学反应,导致淀粉表面由亲水性转变为疏水性,从而有效地提高淀粉与聚乳酸基体的界面黏附性。另外,利用SEM和万能材料试验机分别对复合材料的界面相容性及机械性能进行表征,结果表明柠檬酸环氧能够显著改善PLA和淀粉之间的界面相容性,从而显著提高聚乳酸/淀粉复合材料的综合机械性能
