本发明涉及一种抗菌双层中空纤维膜的制备方法。双层中空纤维膜易产生膜污染,使得通量下降,使用寿命降低。本发明方法首先将聚合物和致孔剂加入溶剂中,制得内层铸膜液;然后将分子筛与AgNO3溶液按比例混合,真空干燥后得到载银分子筛,将聚合物、络合剂、载银分子筛顺序加入溶剂中,制得外层纺丝液;将脱泡后的内层铸膜液、外层纺丝液和芯液同时注入三通道喷丝头,喷出后进入水槽进行固化,形成双层中空纤维膜,去离子水中浸泡,得到成品。本发明方法可以制备外层含有载银分子筛,内层为多孔支撑层的抗菌双层中空纤维膜,并可节省选择性分离外层聚合物和抗菌剂的用量,并同时将载银分子筛富集在膜表面,既降低制备成本又提高分离抗菌效率
