本发明涉及一种油脂连续化完全加氢制备硬脂酸甘油酯的催化剂及其制备方法。该催化剂是以氧化铝为载体,催化剂的活性组分在载体上呈均匀分布或蛋壳型分布,催化剂的活性组分以摩尔比计可用以下通式表示:Pd0.1NaaPbMcOx,式中M选自Mg、Ca、La、Ce、Y、Zr、Fe、V、Mo或W中的至少一种;a的取值0≤a≤0.2,b的取值0≤b≤0.2,c的取值0<c≤0.3,x为满足其它元素化合价所需的氧原子总数;其中载体氧化铝的质量占催化剂总量的60.0-99.9%。本发明的催化剂具有活性高、寿命长、不易流失等优点,以钯催化剂替代传统的镍基催化剂可用于涓流床规模化、连续化油脂加氢反应中,同时可简化产物后处理步骤,提高生产能力,降低操作成本
