本发明公开了一种镁合金表面兼具耐蚀润滑特性的复合涂层,该复合涂层由位于镁合金基体表面、采用微弧氧化技术使镁合金基体表层的镁原子原位形成的MgO多孔膜作为过渡层,以及位于该过渡层表面的(Si,N)-DLC或者(Ti,N)-DLC多元纳米复合涂层组成。与现有技术相比,本发明的复合涂层能够大幅度提高镁合金基体表面的抗腐耐磨性能,其纳米压痕硬度值在21~30GPa范围,与钢球对磨的摩擦系数在0.15以下,甚至能够达到0.1以下,并且具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,因此是一种兼具耐蚀润滑特性的复合涂层,具有良好的应用前景
