Abstract
本发明涉及一种ATO基PTC材料的制备方法,以磷酸氢二铵、氧化亚锡,或磷酸氢二铵、氯化亚锡为原料制备PS玻璃粉,将PS玻璃粉与锡源物质、锑源物质、掺杂剂按照一质量分数5%~40%,40~90%,1%~30%和0%~25%进行混合,最后将混合后的粉末压制成型后,在300~1200℃处理0.5~48小时既得ATO基PTC材料。本制备方法所采用的原料不含有铅等严重污染环境的原料,对环境勿扰较小,且热处理温度显著降低,能耗下降,制得的ATO材料具有SnO2基材料化学稳定性好的优点。本发明原料易得,流程少,工艺简单,对设备要求不高,成本低,易于产业化,并在酸性、中性和碱性条件下均能够使用,适用面广
