本发明涉及一种二氧化锡基导电材料的制备方法,其特征在于以亚锡盐为原料、聚丙烯酸铵溶液作为络合剂,在搅拌条件下,将适量亚锡盐加入水中,再缓慢滴加聚丙烯酸铵溶液至获得澄清溶液或溶胶;再缓慢滴加施主掺杂剂,控制温度在40~60℃下搅拌50~70分钟,获得透明、稳定的前驱液;最后将上述前驱液经过高温喷涂、溶胶凝胶、共沉淀、水热方法或丝网印刷制备SnO2基导电材料。在整个过程中没有添加含氯的原料,且整个制备过程中不会对环境造成污染,同时本制备方法所采用的原料易得,流程少,工艺简单,对设备要求不高,成本低,易于产业化,并且在酸性、中性和碱性条件下均能够实施,适用面广
