一种具有石墨烯结构的非晶碳膜及其制备方法

本发明提供了一种具有新型特殊结构的非晶碳膜,该非晶碳膜分为上下两层,下层是非晶碳膜,上层位于下层表面、是厚度约为0.5~10nm的多层石墨烯结构薄膜,这为制备石墨烯提供了一种全新的思路。采用磁控溅射沉积法,包括高功率脉冲磁控溅射沉积或普通直流磁控溅射沉积,以高纯石墨为靶材,通过调节衬底负偏压、脉冲磁控溅射电压等参数,在惰性气体保护氛围中,在衬底上溅射沉积0.5~180min而得到该表面具有多层石墨烯结构的非晶碳膜。与现有的石墨烯制备技术相比,本发明能够简单、高效地制得大面积石墨烯,并且工艺环保、对衬底要求较低、无需催化剂、低温沉积、成本低,因此具有重要潜在的研究应用价值
